Title Transfer with New Passenger Plate

6-8% sales tax on purchase price of car (based on county)

Original Title MUST be present

Seller & buyer must be present with valid ID. Buyer's ID must be for PA

Buyer must have current PA insurance card or declarations page in their name for any motor vehicle transfer

Registration Renewal

Registration fees vary based on vehicle type (See PennDOT MV-70S for fees)

Vehicle Owner must be present with valid ID

Insurance card/policy MUST include matching vehicle VIN

Notaries

Signer must have current identification

Must have entire original notarial document

We as the notary reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.

Class C Driver's License Renewal

Driver must be present with Photo ID

Customer will receive Non-Real ID compliant camera card to take to a PennDOT photo center for their photo to be taken

Nothing owed at PennDOT - They will print new ID

(+) $20 for Motorcycle License

Duplicate Title

Vehicle Owner must be present with valid ID

Must provide Plate, VIN, or Title Number to access record
